아마존 프라임 멤버쉽 해지 방법 및 결제 취소 환불 받는 방법

아침에 자고 일어나니 삼성카드 결제 문자가 한 건 와있어서 확인을 했습니다. 나는 아마존 프라임 서비스에 가입한 적이 없는데 결제문자가 왔어요. 해킹을 의심했고, 삼성카드를 정지해야하는 상황까지 올 수 있었기 때문에 컴퓨터를 켜고 바로 확인에 들어갔습니다.

아마존 프라임 멤버쉽 해지 방법

1. 아마존 프라임 멤버쉽에 가입되어 있는지확인을 위해 아마존 사이트에 로그인

2. Account & Lists 메뉴를 클릭 > Your Account 메뉴를 클릭

3. Prime을 클릭

확인해보면 프라임멤버쉽에 가입되어 있는 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

4. 오른쪽 끝에 Manage Membership update, cancel and more 를 클릭합니다. 화면이동이 되지않는다면, End membership버튼을 클릭합니다.

5. 프라임 멤버쉽 해제를 하기위해 Cancel My Benefits 클릭 > Continue to Cancel 클릭 > End Now 클릭하여 해제합니다.  (블로그글을 쓰기 전에 취소를 해버려서 화면 캡쳐를 못했네요)

취소가 완료되면 아래와 같은 메세지를 확인할 수 있습니다. 

Cancellation confirmed

Your membership has been cancelled. You may rejoin Prime at any time. Your refund should be processed within the next 3-5 business days.

취소가 되었으며, 영업일 기준으로 3~5일 내로 환불된다는 내용입니다.

결제 취소 환불 받는 방법

또 다른 취소 방법으로 상단 Account&Lists 클릭 > Your Prime Membership 클릭 > End Membership and Benefits 클릭 > End My Benefits 클릭 > Continue to Cancel 클릭 > End Now 클릭하면 해제가 가능합니다.

Your Prime Membership메뉴를 클릭하면 아래와 같이 프라임멤버쉽 회원이 아님이 확인할 수 있습니다. 그리고 마지막으로 결제된 프라임멤버쉽 정보를 확인할 수 있어요. view printable receipt 를 클릭하면 결제 상세 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.

결제 상세 정보는 다음과 같다.

취소가 완료되면 회원가입한 계정으로 취소 확인 메일이 도착합니다.
